What is Brigade Plus?

Brigade Plus easy home packages are a one stop solution for home interiors connecting interior designers, vendors, and customers. We provide end-to-end home interiors solutions for Brigade Home buyers.

Brigade takes pride in providing quality homes. Over time, we have noticed that our customers face a lot of challenges in getting their interiors done. Home interiors are still a largely unorganized segment and standards of quality tend to vary between vendors as well. A bigger challenge still is, coordinating with so multiple vendors such as carpenters, electricians & plumbers etc.. Brigade Plus helps in collaborating with all these vendors to provide a seamless and memorable customer experience, while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Being a developer enables us to provide seamless end-to-end services, unlike other vendors where you may have to deal with different people, depending on the scope of work. While external designers and vendors can work on the interiors only on post possession of the apartment, when you opt for a Brigade Plus package, your home is still delivered to you within the time committed when you booked the unit. As developers, we plan the interior work much in advance. The customer also has a price advantage against the Retail pricing for the same products, and time benefit compared to third party vendors.

Yes, samples are displayed at respective Experience Centre at project sites. You can also visit our model homes at Experience Centre/ Marketing office at project sites for look and feel of final product.

Our team has curated finishes keeping in mind current trends. One may of course, go beyond these selections and choose based on personal preferences and taste. These customizations will be subjected to cost and time implications.

Floor plans at Brigade projects are thoughtfully designed and usually do not call for any civil changes. Also, in most projects, the construction methodology (Aluminum shuttering / Pre-Cast) does not permit any civil modifications.

Yes. All projects that offer Brigade Plus Easy Home Packages have a model home at site.

Our commitment to our clients is that we will deliver the unit, with interiors, within 60 working days from order confirmation/ design sign off, whichever is later. This is applicable for projects where the Occupation Certificate is received. For projects where the Occupation Certificate is not received.

We offer 5 years warranty on Kitchen & Wardrobes from our manufacturer on any manufacturing defects and replacement on any steel items that may be rusted. Warranty on all other items, appliances, hardware, and accessories are as per the respective manufacturer's warranty policy. The warranty clause is not applicable, if the damage is caused due to ingress of water/reckless usage and natural wear and tear etc.


Upon successful payment, the payment gateway issues a receipt immediately. The Brigade Plus team will also acknowledge the payment and provide tax invoice against each payment received.

  1. Payment Terms :
    1. Schedule of payment
      1. Design fee/ Confirmation amount – 10%
      2. Advance payable upon design finalization – 40%
      3. Final payment on post-production readiness at factory – 50%
  2. Delayed payment :
    1. Once a payment request is made/payment link is sent, the payment is to be made within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of payment request.
    2. Delay of more than 5 (five) days will attract an interest of 18% per annum and Brigade Plus will be released from its delivery commitment of 60 days.

Since each modular furniture is personalized to meet different briefs, we do not accept cancellations once the production has started. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, once a cancellation request has been accepted by Brigade Plus, the design fee of 10% of the final order value will be forfeited towards cancellation/ design fee.

If a HoA has been formed, the security deposit is mandatory and is usually fully re-fundable (please check with respective HoA). These charges in order will need to be paid by you, for us to take the work forward.

Brigade Plus accepts online payments via internet banking/ net banking only.
